When saturated, it does not release captured elements in the water.

It does not contain phosphates and harmful elements for the aquatic ecosystem.

Cut the bag containing Extra Activated Carbon just above the zipper. Open the bag and pour the desired amount of carbon granules in the special small nylon bag included in the package. Close the small bag with a knot. Rinse with water the small bag containing the carbon for few seconds and position it in the aquarium filter.
The adsorbent effect of the Extra Activated Carbon, in the suggested dose, can last up to a week.
The nylon bag can contain over 150 grams of Extra Activated Carbon granules, enough to filter the water of a 200 litres aquarium.

Notes

Always close the carbon bag with the zipper.
The package’s content is enough to filter the water of a 400 litres aquarium.
